Sustainability

Fashion is not sustainable. Period.

Bringing products into the world leaves a footprint. That is an undeniable fact. Our ambition is to limit ours and to join the industry in making change for the better. Björn Borg is committed to complying with the Paris Agreement and the 1.5 degree target and halving our emissions by 2030.

We are working hard for a better tomorrow and have a strong focus on sustainability work to reduce emissions year after year, with an increased focus on reducing the use of new fibers. We are committed to offering long-lasting products, minimizing our environmental footprint, making conscious choices about transport and energy, and avoiding unnecessary harm to nature.

All of our garments are today either made from at least 70% materials with a lower climate impact or support the Better Cotton Initiative and their mission to help cotton communities survive and thrive, while protecting and restoring the environment.

Our sustainability roadmap is reviewed annually and includes our ambition to limit and reduce our footprint as well as how we create a winning team.

We can always do more. Among our goals is to use 100% materials with a lower climate impact in our assortment by 2030.

Help us work for a better tomorrow by planning your wardrobe and purchases. Buy high-quality products that can be used year after year, and donate, sell or recycle clothes when they are no longer useful to you.
