The boxers themselves are really good quality and a perfect size for me - they're my favourite boxers. However I found the website's checkout process frustrating as it used my old home address from my account rather than the new address I gave during the checkout process. I expected the address I gave during checkout to be given precedence but that wasn't the case. I think this is a flaw in the checkout process as it seems that an alternative address to the one saved in your account can't be used. Thankfully the lady at my old address passed my order onto me.
