The Björn Borg Centre Overshirt for men is made from a woven blend of recycled polyester and wool for its heat-regulating properties. It comes in a regular fit with longer sleeves, button-up front with horn-imitation buttons at the collar stand, chest pocket and cuff placket, with two side pockets and a rubber logo label.

A large part of the materials in our products are recycled. We use recycled polyester and recycled polyamide. Recycled polyamide is made from plastics from industrial waste as well as plastics from the oceans such as fishing nets and plastic mats.

Recycled polyester is mainly made from PET bottles and industrial waste. In production, less water and less energy are used. It also generates up to 30% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to new polyester.

All our recycled yarns come from vendors that hold a Global Recycle Standard certificate. It is an independent, third-party certification of recycled content addressing traceability, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. Validity of the certification is checked for every new collection.
