The Björn Borg Centre Pile Fleece Vest is a warm sleeveless vest made from 100% recycled polyester in pile fleece fabric with a lining in 100% recycled polyamide. The upper half is made from patched recycled polyester for a sporty look and added wind resistance when wearing alone or under a coat. It comes in a regular fit, with a collar and zippered chest pocket, front zippered pockets, a zippered front closure, and a logo label on the side.

A large part of the materials in our products are recycled. We use recycled polyester and recycled polyamide. Recycled polyamide is made from plastics from industrial waste as well as plastics from the oceans such as fishing nets and plastic mats.

Recycled polyester is mainly made from PET bottles and industrial waste. In production, less water and less energy are used. It also generates up to 30% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to new polyester.

All our recycled yarns come from vendors that hold a Global Recycle Standard certificate. It is an independent, third-party certification of recycled content addressing traceability, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. Validity of the certification is checked for every new collection.
