The nose pad and temple tips are adjustable and made from MEGOL rubber to maximize comfort and fit. The rubber is UV resistant and high performing under stress and wet conditions.
The spherical grey lens is made from polycarbonate and with a base 8 curve giving a close fit around your face, protecting your eyes from sunlight and weather. The lens is coated with a silver mirror coating as well as hydrophobic coating, resulting in a modern lens with maximum clarity and water repellence. The lens has full UV-protection (UV400) and lens filter category 3 (8-17% light transmission).

A large part of the materials in our products are recycled. We use recycled polyester and recycled polyamide. Recycled polyamide is made from plastics from industrial waste as well as plastics from the oceans such as fishing nets and plastic mats.
Recycled polyester is mainly made from PET bottles and industrial waste. In production, less water and less energy are used. It also generates up to 30% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to new polyester.
All our recycled yarns come from vendors that hold a Global Recycle Standard certificate. It is an independent, third-party certification of recycled content addressing traceability, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. Validity of the certification is checked for every new collection.
