The Björn Borg Studio Pile Jacket for women is made from 100% recycled polyester in pile fleece fabric, with a lining in 100% recycled polyamide. It comes in an oversized fit with longer sleeves and a high collar for warmth, a full-length zipper down the front, two side pockets with a clean finish, and a small logo label on the back.

A large part of the materials in our products are recycled. We use recycled polyester and recycled polyamide. Recycled polyamide is made from plastics from industrial waste as well as plastics from the oceans such as fishing nets and plastic mats.

Recycled polyester is mainly made from PET bottles and industrial waste. In production, less water and less energy are used. It also generates up to 30% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to new polyester.

All our recycled yarns come from vendors that hold a Global Recycle Standard certificate. It is an independent, third-party certification of recycled content addressing traceability, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. Validity of the certification is checked for every new collection.
