Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The Web Shop is intended for consumer purchases only. If you are under 16 years old, you must obtain parental approval before placing an order.

Order Confirmation:
A binding purchase agreement is formed once your order is confirmed via an Order Confirmation email.

Stock Availability:
On rare occasions, an item may become out of stock. If an item cannot be replenished, you will be notified as soon as possible, and Björn Borg reserves the right to cancel part or the entire order.

Fraud Prevention:
Björn Borg may cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity (e.g., unauthorized use of another person’s credit card) is suspected.

Price Accuracy:
Prices shown in the Web Shop are current but may change at any time. Björn Borg is not bound by price errors caused by technical issues or customer manipulation, and such orders may be cancelled.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via credit card, direct debit, invoice, or any other method specified at checkout. All orders are subject to payment validation and authorization by your card issuer or bank.

Security:
We work with an authorized payment service provider (Adyen) to process your payment securely following the PCI DSS standards. All transactions are transmitted using SSL encryption, ensuring that your payment details are highly protected.

European Union

European Union (EU) Orders

VAT Included:
For orders within the EU, prices include local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated on the Web Shop.

Shipping Basis:
These orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout.

Orders Outside the EU

Exclusions:
For orders shipped outside the EU, the checkout price is exclusive of taxes, duties, and Swedish VAT.

Customs Charges:
International shipments may incur additional customs duties and taxes as determined by the destination country’s customs agency. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be refunded or compensated by Björn Borg. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

General Discounts:
Discounts or gift promotions are applied as a general reduction on the total order value. In case of returns or exchanges, the refund will reflect the original purchase price adjusted by the proportional discount.

New Orders Only:
Promotional offers and discount codes are valid only for new orders and cannot be applied retroactively.

Dispatch Time:
Items in stock typically ship within 1-2 business days after order confirmation, with delivery expected within 5-10 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), delivery times may be longer.

Delay and Cancellation:
If your order is delayed by more than 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, you may cancel your order by providing written notice. If the order has already shipped, you must return the items before a refund is issued. Shipping costs are clearly detailed in the order summary prior to purchase.

International Shipping:
We ship to most countries; however, some locations outside the EU may not be serviced. Please contact Customer Service to confirm shipping availability for your region. Additionally, custom duties may apply for international orders, and for US orders, please refer to our dedicated US Web Shop.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
You are requested to inspect your delivery immediately and report any discrepancies or damage in line with our Returns Policy. If you fail to collect your items, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

30-Day Return Policy:

You have a “no questions asked” right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date of your order. To return an item, please follow our provided return instructions. Returned items must be in their original, unused, and saleable condition, and must be packed in the original packaging.

Exceptions:

Returns of underwear and swimwear are not accepted unless the items remain in their original sealed packaging.

Refund Process:

Once returned items are received and inspected to confirm they meet the required condition, we will process your refund. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact Customer Service immediately to request a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Risk:

The risk of loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased online cannot be returned via any physical Björn Borg store.

Availability:
Some products listed on our website may not be available in all countries. Please contact your local store or distributor for information on product availability.

Product Descriptions:
While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, minor colour variations may occur due to differences in the browser or monitor settings. All images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
