EU & UK Returns
You can register your return online:
Log in using your email and order number.
Follow the instructions provided when registering your return.
A return fee of 3.95 EUR / 3.95 GBP will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed promptly.
Non-EU Returns
As our warehouse is located in Sweden, customers outside the EU and UK are responsible for arranging and covering the full return shipping cost.
To return your order:
Log in using your email and order number to register your return.
Follow the provided instructions.
Send the parcel back using a carrier of your choice.
Once we receive the parcel, we will process your refund.
Claim
If your product is damaged and you need to file a claim:
Register your complaint.
Once our customer service team has reviewed and approved your claim, we will contact you to initiate the refund process.
Please do not return the damaged product to us. You may either keep it or safely dispose of it.
