The Björn Borg Ace Racquet Shorts are men’s tennis & padel shorts made from recycled polyester with a shell fabric with internal elastic. They come in a regular fit with a regular waist and short leg length, and have an elastic and drawstring around the waist for easy adjustment. With front pockets on each side, slits on the side for better movement, and a tennis ball logo on the lower leg.

A large part of the materials in our products are recycled. We use recycled polyester and recycled polyamide. Recycled polyamide is made from plastics from industrial waste as well as plastics from the oceans such as fishing nets and plastic mats.

Recycled polyester is mainly made from PET bottles and industrial waste. In production, less water and less energy are used. It also generates up to 30% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to new polyester.

All our recycled yarns come from vendors that hold a Global Recycle Standard certificate. It is an independent, third-party certification of recycled content addressing traceability, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. Validity of the certification is checked for every new collection.
